All original 3D emoji graphics, transparent PNG images, WebP assets, and animated vector stickers authored by the 3D Emoji World Design Lab are released worldwide under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.

• You may copy, modify, distribute, publish, and perform the artwork, even for commercial purposes, without asking permission or paying royalties.
• No trademark or patent rights are waived or granted under this dedication.
• Attribution is not legally required, though warmly appreciated.

2. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You are encouraged to use 3D Emoji World to discover emojis, download assets for creative design, use our browser-based Creator to design stickers, and copy Unicode code points. However, you agree not to:

• Engage in aggressive, abusive automated web scraping that impairs server infrastructure or denies service to other users.
• Use our Browser Creator Studio to produce defamatory, unlawful, hateful, or abusive content.
• Misrepresent original platform assets as having official endorsement or partnership with the Unicode Consortium, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Meta.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and tools on 3D Emoji World are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain complete Unicode compliance and accurate educational meanings, we make no guarantees that service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
